FREIGHT QUESTIONS.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS.
Find answers to common freight questions. If you have a specific load in mind, our dispatch team can review the commodity, equipment requirements, dates and delivery location.
DETAILS KEEP FREIGHT CLEAR.
Tell us what you are shipping, where it needs to go and when it is ready. Our quote form helps you organize the information we need to discuss your freight.
REQUEST A QUOTEWhat types of freight can I discuss with your team?+
We handle inquiries involving general freight, fresh produce, refrigerated food, beverages and paper products. Send our dispatch team the commodity, weight, origin, destination and special instructions so we can review the shipment.
How does full truckload transportation work?+
Full truckload transportation generally involves arranging trailer space for one shipper’s load. We review cargo, loading methods, dates, destinations and equipment needs before discussing a truckload movement.
What freight is appropriate for dry van transportation?+
Dry vans are enclosed commercial trailers used for many kinds of packaged, non-temperature-controlled freight. We can discuss the cargo, its packaging and special handling needs to determine whether an enclosed trailer is appropriate.
Do you handle refrigerated freight inquiries?+
Yes. We discuss refrigerated freight involving temperature-sensitive products. Share the product, required temperature, measurement unit, pickup readiness and facility requirements so we can review suitable equipment.
How can I request a freight quote?+
Use our Freight Quote Request form or contact our dispatch team with the commodity, weight, pickup and destination locations, requested dates, loading details and any temperature instructions.
Can I request an interstate shipment?+
Yes. We are an interstate freight transportation company based in La Feria, Texas. Tell us the proposed origin, destination, cargo and dates so our team can review that particular movement.
When will pickup and delivery times be confirmed?+
We discuss requested pickup and delivery windows as part of each shipment review. A scheduling commitment is made only after equipment, operating requirements, facility appointments and commercial terms have been confirmed.
What temperature details should I include?+
Specify the commodity, target temperature, Fahrenheit or Celsius, any permitted tolerance, pre-cooling instructions and loading requirements. Accurate written instructions help us evaluate refrigerated freight.
How do I choose the right trailer?+
Tell us what you are shipping, its dimensions, gross weight, packaging and environmental needs. We can then discuss whether dry van or refrigerated equipment is appropriate and what is available for that request.
What is a bill of lading?+
A bill of lading records key shipment details such as the shipper, consignee, commodity, quantity and transport references. Accurate documents help our team and your facilities work from the same information.
What should I tell you about loading and unloading?+
Please provide pallet counts, dimensions, gross weight, whether freight is dock-loaded or floor-loaded, facility hours, appointments and any special securement or unloading instructions.
Can I request hazardous-material transportation?+
We do not advertise hazardous-material transportation. If you have a regulated or unusual commodity, identify it accurately and contact our team before assuming it is eligible for service.
Can I deliver freight to the La Feria business address?+
Our La Feria address is the registered business address, not a public freight terminal or walk-in receiving facility. Please contact dispatch before arranging any visit or freight movement.
How can freight brokers reach dispatch?+
Brokers and logistics partners can reach our dispatch team using the phone, email or form on our Contact page. Include the proposed load details to help us review the inquiry efficiently.
